· Threaten physical violence in any way.

· denigrate any recruiting information being as information is so fluid, and it is difficult to determine what is real and what is not;  any member found to be posting erroneous information in a reckless manner is subject to immediate removal from TBK.  Any member who criticizes those who provide inside information in good faith will be removed from TBK.  This rule applies to anyone found to be critical of TBK on other sites as well.  TBK does not want members who are not fully supportive of our efforts.

· post about any current University of Kentucky Athlete, Coach, or Administrator in a disrespectful fashion.  True Blue Kentucky is a "respect your team" site and criticism must be respectful and legitimate.  Constant negativity will also not be permitted.  This is a Pro-UK website in all ways.  Criticism and discussion is allowed, but constant negativity should be taken elsewhere.

· make any bigoted, hateful or racially offensive statements;

· spam the forum by repeating the same opinion over and over in the same, or different threads.  

·  reveal any premium information outside of the premium forum.

· advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them;

· post or distribute any material that infringes and/or violates any right of a third party or any law;

· post or distribute any vulgar, obscene, discourteous or indecent language or images;  Disguising vulgar words with characters is expressly prohibited.

· advertise or sell to, or solicit others;

· abuse the TBK "legend point" feature.  Repeated awarding of negative legend points without cause will result in loss of that privilege.  It may also result in removal from this site.

·  create multiple screen names.  One screen name per person is our rule.  

· use the Forum for commercial purposes of any kind;

· post or distribute any software or other materials which contain a virus or other harmful component; or

· post material or make statements that do not generally pertain to the designated topic or theme of any chat room or bulletin board.

We reserve the right to remove or edit content from any Forum at any time and for any reason.  Any member who is disruptive in any way may be removed from this forum at any time at the sole judgement of the site owner.  Remarks intended to bait, flame or insult TBK or it's staff may result in a ban.  We have no need for those who are not supportive at TBK.

Any premium member who is removed for violation of TBK policies whether stated or not will not be refunded any portion of their subscription fee.  It is each member's responsibility to be aware of all generally accepted policies at TBK and operate in compliance of those policies.  You may be banned from TBK for violations of this agreement on other sites not affiliated with TBK as well.  

TrueBlueKentucky.com affiliate publishers may have their own forum guidelines that must also be followed. Please check the site in question for additional information as each site's forum guidelines may vary. TrueBlueKentucky.com affiliate publishers have the ability to ban any user or subscriber who violates TrueBlueKentucky.com's terms of service or the site's individual forum guidelines.  Failure to follow any specific request by a TBK moderator/admin is grounds for immediate removal from this site.
