LOL. Just love to see him prove people wrong. Everybody was talking about how he sucks as a QB at this level but what they failed to realize is that he's not a great QB he's a great Football player. Does anyone thinks its a coincidence that the entire team is playing inspired with him at QB. People rally around this guy. He inspires people. He's the kind of player that coaches forever have wanted on their team. Hard worker, inspiring, team first, clutch, all of the the above. The guy never gives up and its obvious that his faith sees him through. Gott love it IMO. I guess some non christians or politcal crazies might not like him but as a sports fan this guy makes me watch. Nice to see a Kentucky guy Woodyard playing well for that Defense that is really tough right now.

Yeah, I have been rooting for him just because everyone is hating on him so hard. I really enjoy seeing good people do well and proving the negative people wrong, the sad thing is I really think his coach is working against him. Its like they try to lose by not letting the guy throw at all to make him look bad but he keeps finding a way to get it done.

He can't bring world peace or make me a billionaire.
I say this because everything anyone has ever said he couldn't do, he has done.
I've been a fan since he was at UF mainly because he's just a good person. He doesn't have the skills a traditional NFL QB has but he has something else and I don't know many who have it like he does, indomitable will to win. If you allow him to play his game he'll win for you.

His will to win is absolutely unmatched no question and he gets others to raise their level of play and intensity. He's a guy that I would encourage my kids to look up to. That says a lot now days. Not many athletes out there that you want your kids following.

Heaping praise on his performance may be a bit premature. He'll make a good living in the NFL but he has a long way to go before he is a legitimate asset to a team. His toughest tests are coming up. He was a great college player but so far his pro career has been too short to crown him even a good quarterback.

no doubt he has a way to go, I'm not betting against him though

We beat UT using a college offense as well.
Good thing about a run based offense in the NFL is the fact that even if you don't get a bunch of first downs the clock runs and you have very little if any turnovers. Give your D a rest. Look at how the Broncos D has been playing. With no turnovers you don't give the D a short field.
Keep it up Tebow. What is it now like 5 in a row or something.

Very interesting look at his statistics. Some math nerd says his numbers are only poor because we don't understand how to rate a player like him (based on his on-field ability, nothing to do with his intangibles). The guy has a couple new stats which shows Tebow could easily be a top ten NFL QB.
In short, if Tebow can manage to pass for 2K yards, run for 750 yards, and have a TD to INT ration of 4:1 over the course of a full season he is like a top 5 NFL QB according to these new stats.
I love Tebow...I actually really liked him in college and thought it was a shame he got so much flak from everyone. Lord knows the media wouldn't shut up about him for four years and everybody just got so damn sick of hearing about him, but he was just the epitome of a college football player. He is certainly the greatest college player of my lifetime IMO and I can't imagine anyone replacing him. Regardless of how sick I was of hearing about him I couldn't help but like him and root for him. I mean how can you like/love college football and not like a player like him? Just can't happen. If he played for U of L then maybe, but UF doesn't draw that much ire (ha ha).
