because Mike Brown is a full on idiot, players hate him and don't want to play there. Refusing to trade ochocinco a couple years ago, and Palmer this year tells players he only cares about his ego. You have a coach there that can't win with all the supposed talent they have there and instead of replacing him Brown extended his contract.
I really want to be a Bengals fan (used to visit training camp in Georgetown every year) but as long as Brown is involved I won't be able to because I don't want to be let down year after year.
