I'm sure many of you knew before me but, I just seen him in his debut, had no idea he was getting in to MMA. He fights for strikeforce and dominated his opponent until the ref stopped the fight. I was on the computer and heard his name being called in a introduction type way and was like ????????, I got up and looked at the screen and was like what are you serious. They said he doesn't want to challenge for the belt but to just prove anything is possible. He looks like he's in damn good shape for 47, looks 35 out there. Heisman to sprinter to bob sledding and now MMA, I give the man his props. He also said had this been around sooner he'd have been fighting instead of football, interesting. http://www.mmamania.com/2010/1/31/1...walkers-mma-debut-results

I moved this to the Other Sports forum since it's more about MMA than football.
Yeah, I had heard he was supposed to be fighting soon but didn't realize it was that soon. Sounds like he did pretty good though. He was always in great shape, I remember reading an article on hiim once and he only ate like once a day but it was a HUGE meal. He was doing like 1000 situps and 1000 pullups, 1000 pushups a day. He didn't use real weights back then or something, strictly old school exercises and looked like a million bucks. He hit the jackpot in genetics.
