1. Auburn DC to make $850K. Guess they don't just pay the recruits well.
2. UT may still lose two more assistants. Dooley's seat is no hotter than Jokers...yet Joker can keep his entire staff intact and Dooley can't keep anyone it seems. That says something about the environment Joker has created and the relationships the staff has forged.
Also, strange to see the Gamecocks losing so many coaches after their best year and high expectations in 2012. Especially, the RB coach who went into the mess at UT for the same position. That was either the worst career move ever (potentially) or he knows something we don't (Spurrier looking to retire soon???).

Maybe not so amazing at Tennessee,
Grantham came back to Knoxville because it paid $75K per year more and after all it is home to him.
It is also the only ray of sunshine poor old Dooley has seen or is likely to see this winter.
It looks like Sal Sunseri (AL) and Buddy Green (Navy) are both going to turn down the offer to be DC. Dooley should be able to realize when a coaching candidate is using him to get a salary increase from their current employer. That is a great opportunity to drive up the price of football.
I hear they may even more defections in the near future.
Two amazing things here...
