The Cats love to push the ball and can break games open with easy transition baskets. In the half court, they execute the dribble-drive offense with great spacing. With John Wall expected to enter the NBA draft, coach John Calipari has immediate playing time available in a system that fits Selby's strengths in the dribble-drive offense. He will also have an opportunity to play with Eric Bledsoe, forming one of the best young backcourts in the country. Calipari's recent success with guards has to be attractive to Selby. He has put Derrick Rose and Tyreke Evans in the NBA after one college season and Wall would make it three in a row.
