With John Calipari at the helm of the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team, one thing fans can always look forward to is recruiting.

After cementing the #1 recruiting class in 2009, many have turned their attention to the class of 2010.

But, as Coach Calipari works on the 2010 class, we fans are always looking one step ahead.  So, in this blog, I'll present you with two 2011 players would could potentially join the Wildcat roster.

Both of these young men possess the skills to really excel in Calipari's DDM offense.  Hopefully, each will become a part of the Wildcat family in the future.

Johnny O'Bryant

Everyone who sees O'Bryant thinks the same thing...Amare Stoudemire. This 6'9" post prospect has outstanding all around skills, passing, shooting, defense, rebounding...all while being an honor roll student in the classroom. Most expect him to be the #1 post prospect in the 2011 class, and a top 5 recruit. For my money, he is my favorite player in the class. Want more information? Here you go...read up.

Wayne Blackshear

Another interesting player in the 2011 class is Wayne Blackshear, a 6'5" SG/SF in the mold of Chris Douglas-Roberts, but possibly more athletic, like Vince Carter. He has a world of potential, and is certainly the type of recruit that Calipari has gone after in the past. He may be difficult to lure away from Jerrance Howard and Illinois, who seem to have the upper hand with this local kid, but he definitely would thrive in the dribble drive motion offense.
